It’s been an extremely busy couple of months for me, I curated my first show and I moved to an entirely different neighborhood and MORE. I’m in the midst of planning something new for early 2014 as well as scheduling studio visits with artists I haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting. There will be new posts very soon, including a recap of the show from September and new visits/info on upcoming shows. On September 20th, A Space With is bringing together the works of six, New York based artists for its first curation at Brooklyn Fireproof. Susumu Kamijo and Gabe Farrar are two of six artists contributing to Works on Paper – see their work here and on September 20th.

The Hole: Chicken or Beef?

Chicken or Beef opened on Thursday, March 7th at the Hole on Bowery. Curated by Jesper Elg of V1 Gallery (Copenhagen), the show presents figurative paintings from both European and American artists. You can read the press release here.
In short, the show is fucking great.
